40w DOB
For high lumens 40 watt dob available in round and square.
The term "Direct On Board" (or 40W DOB) refers to a circuit board with an integrated driver circuit and several LEDs (light-emitting diodes). The driver circuit controls the LEDs' power supply to guarantee proper and effective operation.
The following elements should be taken into account when selecting a 40W DOB:
Color temperature: An LED's color temperature is determined by the hue of light it emits. Cool white LEDs (about 5000K) have a more bluish tinge than warm white LEDs (about 3000K), which resemble the light from a conventional incandescent bulb.
Beam angle: An LED's beam angle describes the breadth of the light beam it emits. For spot lighting, a tight beam angle works well; for general lighting, a wider beam angle works better.
The color rendering index, or CRI, of an LED indicates how well the colors of things illuminated by it are reproduced.
